STEP 1 :In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
STEP 2 : Make well in the centre and pour in the milk, egg, melted butter and honey. Mix until smooth.
STEP 3 : Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
STEP 4 :Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
STEP 5 :Finish off with your favourite fruit and drizzle with more Manuka Honey to serve.
