Banana and Dates Muffin

PREPARATION

STEP 1 : Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease muffin tins with the oil.

STEP 2 : In a large bowl beat together bananas, eggs, honey, and oil - until smooth.

STEP 3 :In a medium sized bowl combine the dry ingredients; wheat flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Sift the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until you get a smooth batter.

STEP 4 :Gently fold in the chopped dates and distribute evenly into each muffin cup.

STEP 5 :Bake until golden, around 20 - 30 minutes.

STEP 6 :Cool for 10 minutes and transfer to a wire rack before eating.

STEP 7 :Serve with your favourite nut butter or our Manuka honey
